Jack Smith should have moved quicker.
Maybe he couldn't, but I don't see why. He had the time constraints and the potential for what has in fact happened, to happen. And he knew those constraints in advance.
He should have concluded the investigation in time for it to get to trial and get the conviction and get Trump some fucking jail time.
"Oh no, you would have made him a martyr" I hear the cry. So what?

Which would have suited pretty much everyone just fine, I think.
I’m so angry at the indifference and lack of urgency showed by the only people who had any power to stop this.
Not surprised, but angry.
And at the utter bastards now just steering the UK along the same path.
