They know what is coming, though you'll note the writers challenge the specific crediting.
Of course, they also think that "hard times create strong men" bullshit is from 2016 so
Idk
Point is the Saudi royals are fully aware that, if nothing else, the wells will eventually run dry so everyone slowing the green transition is short sighted regardless.

That's not what's happening now, but the technologies have been tried successfully and work. I like shitting on Israel for their moral standing (the opposite to that, I mean), but their approaches to managing deserts do work, and they are not too wasteful with water.

For real though, I'm to old to fight in the water wars, and it's too hot.

This one is more like setting the Air Fryer at 50°C.

But to be fair, the evaporation will cool it too much for this to work

EDIT: What exactly are you disagreeing with? These people have an immediate way to punish those responsible for climate change: through legal action.

You want to go after those kings, do it with an army, not lawyers.
Like, bro, they're literally sovereigns! They can ignore lawsuits!

Then for those who don’t know, many people go to the “Optional” Hajj unregistered, which means they don’t have an indoor place to stay on or use transportation options and have no direct access to food. There are also the one who are old, the one who take their kids with them, and the one who are sick.
Again the islamic ruling is you do the Hajj “if you can” this include if it is during extreme heat you can just stop or never go in the first place.
