"Why can't you just be an effeminate gay man?" is not a question anyone would ask a cis woman so I don't know why trans women have to endure hearing it.

I've also heard it and variations thereof ("I was a tomboy so if I was a young person today, they would try to make me transition!") from cis women but that's mostly generic transphobia.
