idk whether it's mixed with other stuff but HCL (of some form) seems to be available as brick/driveway cleaner, normally labelled as "muriatic" rather than HCL (also on eBay)
I think you will find that shipping of HCl is problematic. I suggest you look for a local builder's supplier or DIY store (if there are any in your area).
