Ok, that actually went moderately well for them (they kept their charity status but possibly on a technicality, so maybe more action to come). For now they’re safe. Dunno why they were so upset.
exactly - they should be happy, for now. Legal is always a long game and getting refused on the basis of a technicality is okay for us because it means the basic argument had merit. Now they just need to figure out the right approach
