if you like lemon curd, my old boss would occasionally make some with goose eggs and it was really good. I could tell the goose egg stuff because it was a way more vibrant yellow

@ajlanes here is an egg of a length unusual enough that I took a photo of it last May. I ate it and it was just a common egg on the inside. Not even a double-yolk.
