@Dog Noise Generator I don't know if this has caused POTS symptoms or merely unmasked an underlying condition, but everyone in my immediate circle on this stuff now has "standing up after taking amphetamine" as an extreme sport!

interesting- I found that I went from unmanageable fatigued, massive HR spikes and MSK pain to being able to work out again with fairly stable BP/HR.

My wife drinks black tea all day long (somewhere between 2-3 liters) and when she measures her blood pressure, she's "barely alive". I have at least one device that is flat out unable to measure her when her blood pressure is really low.

Honestly, it's one of the small things that make me wonder if she's really neurotypical or rather "one of us".
