@Sarah Brown try using only the relative part of the image URL (I have only the relative path in my config). Remove everything before/photo/... (but keep the / in front of photo)
@Sarah Brown don't! Obviously developers had a too narrow mind when they implemented the logo thing 😀 (also with the frio theme it will not be shown on the website sadly)

It is caused by the fact that you entered the complete URL in your shortcut icon link - which is not wrong, but unexpected for the code.
