“Woke” is used as en epithet by those whose entire existence is trying to make reality conform to their simplistic prejudices, against those who live in the real, but more complex, world.

after lettuce-head said the other day that their constituency “has no woke hostelries”, and there being no desire on their part to define “woke”, I’ve decided to take that task on myself.
From now on, “woke” means “great beer”.
