in reply to Alexandra Lanes • • •I know of it, but I also heard (according to some research by a number of folk, possibly reported on Radio 4 ('You And Yours', perhaps)) that there were a number of venues that said they supported it, but where the staff hadn't actually been trained, so had no idea what the request meant.
