@Heather 👻 My therapist spent years trying to resolve my trauma at the root of my negative self image through talking about it and then interrogating me about my emotions.

Two problems:

  1. I don’t need trauma to hate myself. Neurological disregulation does it all by itself.
  2. 90% of the time I do not experience emotions.
