you may not believe this, but back in 2018 (I was 14) I was such a huge fan of Elon Musk my sister gifted me this for my birthday. This was one year before moving to San Jose and meeting people who actually work for him, or experiencing his absolute meltdown over people not coming to work for following pandemic rules. I read his book and everything. All because of the PewDiePipeline

The main thing is that we are capable of integrating new information into our world view. The people who seem incapable of change - such as Elon Musk, Donald Trump and so forth - are the real problem here.

Then I started seeing the signs and I remember telling a friend who liked him all the things that made me change my mind, they were still subtle so we kinda argued. And almost immediately after, he got unhinged and it's now more than obvious.

1.) One enjoys some gaming channels on YouTube
2.) One of them is PewDiePie
3.) One enjoys PewDiePie's content
4.) One becomes fascist?
I'm not following. Is PewDiePie a fascist? I know he did some really screwed up stuff in the past, but I'm sure I would have read about him embracing fascism (like I read back in the day where he said the "n-word" on stream which led to the YouTube "Adpocalypse" if I remember correctly).

From one moment to the next, PewDiePie would include a segment by a man named “Ben Shapiro” who would host the show for him for multiple minutes. I didn't know who this man was, I thought he was just a meme. I was not aware of the fact that he is a far right white supremacist.
Another day I was watching PewDiePie he'd be paying kids in some developing country to write “kill all jews” on a sign and loudly laugh when they actually do it for minimal amounts of money.
As a child, this sent me down a very dangerous path. I am very glad that I was never too deep into any far right bubbles. The media I so naively consumed was, however, full of far right thought content and little shout outs to far righ

As a child, this sent me down a very dangerous path. I am very glad that I was never too deep into any far right bubbles. The media I so naively consumed was, however, full of far right thought content and little shout outs to far right figureheads such as this one. Simply โsatireโ... about the holocaust, huh. I think it's certainly one beginning of the pipeline and Innuendo Studios coined the term.
This is a good video by Hbomberguy on the topic of PewDiePie and the โkill all jewsโ incident specifically:

If I summarize what you wrote:
The issue is not that he is far-right itself but more that he "exposes" (for a lack of a better word) his (rather young) audience to these ideas. Is that a fair summary?
I used to watch him a bunch when I was young, but that was a very long time ago and by the time he "became controversial" I did not really watch him anymore and did not notice all the drama around that.
I never noticed a "far-right pipeline". Though that was arguably because I was very conservative at that time and that was in a period before my egg cracked โโ

His descent into open fascism was quite late.
