He'd create "company towns" on Mars. Everyone would die of course. Probably before getting there. Space exploration, if not done as a people, as a society under law, is going to turn into to space slavery or generally unsavory things. And let's say somehow it succeeds, eventually the successful colony will go its own way. But corporate space colonies? No thank you, very much.

Pretty sure SpaceX employ a whole team whose job it is to keep him away from anything important though.
