I kind of hope they leave it there. If there is a spin-off of some kind that might be good, but I don't feel they could have ended those characters' stories a lot better.
I saw Jack Crusher (Ed Speelers) as well as Christina Chong (La'an) and Martin Quinn (potential SNW spoiler) at Comic-Con at the weekend. They were very limited in what they could say about Star Trek unfortunately because of the strikes. Still interesting to hear a a bit about it though. Apparently the SNW cast had months of only really being around each other when they filmed in lockdown.
My only concern is if they do it I want it to be something other than Strange New Worlds in different clothes. The ending didn't make it that obvious how they would do that. I feel like it needs some hook of its own but maybe that's just me.
Rewatched all of Futurama and there’s parts of it that has aged very very poorly. Specifically how women are viewed, some pretty cheap sexist jokes in there. Imho at least.
